Add Record to Queue with Workflow in CRM
In this article I will talk about how to add record to queue with workflow in CRM.
Normally for assigning records to change the ownership of the record. But this process does not add record to a queue.
In order to do this, you need to create a queueitem in your workflow.
In the new queueitem dialog set your record to the queueitem field, and set the queue you desire to the queue field.
This would do the job for you.
