Receive/Send Past Emails in CRM
If you have issues with Server Side Sync on Dynamics CRM and want to receive/send past emails you are at the right place.
In Dynamics CRM there is a field named “Process emails from” which helps us to define from on which date we want the emails to be synchronized with our Dynamics CRM environment.
To set this field value go open Email Server Profile form in CRM. Find Advanced tab and set the “Process emails from” value.
After doing the previous step you need to Test and Enable email box which you want to synchronize.
